Moods dalam bahasa Inggris antara lain:
Imperative: untuk
memberikan perintah, peringatan, nasehat, instruksi,
maupun permintaan (Sit down! Don’t be careless).
Subjunctive: untuk
mengekspresikan unreal situation (conditional, wish, as
if / though), requirement, maupun suggestion (I
wish the teacher were nice to me).
Indicative: untuk membuat pernyataan, penyanggahan,
maupun question (The weather is cold).
